AMC - Large File Compilations

Is there a subfolder count limit for AMC? I have it set to run when the download is finished and individual movies, episodes, and even entire seasons work perfectly. File is moved, I get an email and it shows up in my PLEX library. For some reason, large compilations (Seasons 1-6, complete series, etc) don't cause anything upon completion. Is it because of the extra layer of subfolders you get when dealing with multiple seasons?
