Can I get a refund for my Microsoft App Store purchase so that I can buy a universal license instead?

I would like to purchase a universal license (in fact I already have) instead of the Microsoft App Store version (which I purchased just two weeks ago.) Is there any way to get a refund for the Microsoft App Store purchase? I tried from the Microsoft App Store itself and it does not seem to be available.
