So, finally got an opportunity to use my new found powers and smite a forum spammer with my banhammer.

It was a little anticlimactic, but I'd be lying if I said there wasn't something strangely cathartic about the ordeal, lol.

If anyone else spots a spammer before one of the mods get to it, please send one of us a PM with a link so we can have ourselves a free therapy session

Haha, can you actually delete a users posts as well? If there's any spammers that need deletin' let me know!

Actually instead of PM'ing a specific person, use the post report button

yup.. It let me delete the post and ban the user.

that would probably make more sense, but I have nfi where those alerts would go, lol. Does it come to all 3 of us, or just red?

Sadly hidden away on this style. Make sure you're on the index, so that it shows the MCP link in the drop down.

It goes to the MCP, where anyone with the right Moderator permissions can see and address them.
