tvdb show has at least one episode but filebot can't see it?

Hi I'm trying to match Epsiode one of Freeze Skating at the Edge.

tvdb has an entry and one Episode defined (though not certified - does this make a difference) https://thetvdb.com/series/freeze-skating-on-the-edge

fielbot is telling me no episodes found - see screencap

Does filebot maintain its own cache of tvdb or does it poll it live in real time?

FileBot will indeed cache episode listings for 3-4 days. So if the series is brand new, and you just added the episode, then FileBot probably won't be aware of it immediately. FileBot may not poll in real time if you request the same episode list multiple times per week. However, FileBot will poll in real time if you request a given episode list once every ~7 days.


e.g. it shows up for me already, because i've never requested and cached the episode list for this series before:
