Hi,
my answers:
Try running filebot -script fn:sysinfo on the command-line a few times and see if you get the same error message every time.
-> not i am not getting an error anymoree
Presumably, you have already checked the Activity Monitor to confirm if the system is under high load for one reason or another? In any case, the issue is likely other software running on your machine, and reinstalling FileBot is unlikely to make a difference.
-> i run filebot as sole app, the system is 90% inactive but what i see when interacting with filebot the the program is not responding (the name is getting red). What i see i click around in the main menu (rename, episodes, subtitles etc.) that the inital load takes long but then the switching is normal.
You can delete FileBot by deleting /Applications/FileBot.app. ~/.filebot is for application data files, caches, etc. Your preferences are stored by macOS in some standard location, maybe ~/Library/Preferences/. -> i erased the program & /userdirectory/.filebot & and wht i did find with filebot.
But when i installed the app new all my presets where still available so i assume i missed something - where are these presets saved ?
But nothing helps, actually i take 1 minute to have a reaction. As said on the second server everythings works fine.
Thanks for any help !
