License revoked

I have made two purchases of the program. Three years ago, I bought the regular lifetime version from the website. Today, a few months later, when I attempted to start the program again, nothing happened. So, I uninstalled it and tried to download it again. However, I am unable to download it because it seems that I haven't made the purchase.

:?: What does the error message say? Perhaps a screenshots would allow us to see what you see? (NOTE: if your license was banned then you would see a clear and unambiguous error message)
