File to Folder Name to prepare files for Radarr

Good day. So I just set up a nas server for the first time and know nothing. I Think I got all the apps and ports and hard links working. The only thing that is not is radarr. Found out your movie files need to be in separate folders and I have over 600 movies all in the same place. I was told filebot could help.
So I installed filebot onto my synology. following this ( viewtopic.php?t=1802).
I'm worried I might push the wrong thing and loose years of my movies. I have them all located in.
/data/media/movies

Id like to keep all the files in this location but put all the videos into there own folder same name as the file. ( they all are video files no other files in this folder)

Inside the app: under Organize Files options I'm Not sure what action I should pick.
Do I do input folder and out put folder the same?
What about the other options? do I leave them alone?
Could you please recommend me what options I need to select or deselect.

Thanks

 If you're doing a one-off task, then you will prefer the FileBot Desktop application on your Desktop PC and then rename / organize files remotely via a SMB network share. That'll also ensure that you can preview things before you commit any changes.

 If you really just want to put each video file into a folder with the same name, then there's a built-in Plain File Mode example named File to Folder already that you can just click on:

Ok I downloaded filebot for windows.
So I click load and select folder.

Then go to network>synology and select the folder with all my videos files.
Click presets
and select
file to folder name

Then it loads to the other side and I simply click rename correct?

Pretty much. I recommend playing around with it for a few minutes. It'll look something like this. If you click the Rename button, then the file on the left-hand side will be moved and renamed exactly as specified in the preview on the right-hand side.
