I am using Windows Media Center on Windows 11

I would like to know if it is possible to use Filebot to fetch the synopsis of a movie and
create a xml file that can be used by Windows Media Center

Yes, if you write your own post-process script. See Generate custom NFO files for example.

The first questions before writing any code would be: How does Windows Media Center use xml files? What would the name of such an xml file be? Where does it need to be saved? What format would the xml format be in? etc.
