Let's assume that we have One Piece episodes 1 to 1125 named and numbered with absolute numbers according to
AniDB as illustrated below:

Episode Mode: TheMovieDB and
Organize Episodes for Plex (with TheMovieDB) will just work by default since
One Piece is primarily organized with absolute numbers on
TheMovieDB and so the numbers you have and the numbers you want match up:
If you want
TheTVDB SxE numbers then things are a bit more tricky. The
TheTVDB SxE numbers you want are completely different from the absolute numbers you have. Some finesse is required in this case as automatic matching will likely not just work. That said, the
Convert AniDB to TheTVDB numbers built-in
Preset has got you covered:

If we have absolute numbers but want SxE numbers, then we can use the
Match by Absolute Number built-in
Preset. This approach will work for both
TheMovieDB (default) as well as
TheTVDB. If you want to use
TheTVDB as database then you can edit the
Match by Absolute Number preset to fit your needs.
