Lifetime Licence Lost

Hi everyone

I can't find my lifetime licence informaiton from a few years ago now and I don't know what email address it was sent to. I have tried the Paddle bot but it can't find anything for the email addresses I have. ANy way to retrieve it?

If you don't have any identifying information, then unfortunately we won't be able to find and re-send your license key. The email address you have used to register here in the forums is not associated with any license purchase. You can PM me your name and other email addresses I could try to find a match in our records.


If you have purchases FileBot via Microsoft Store / Mac App Store then that purchase is stored in your Microsoft / Apple account and we won't have any records.
