Bad License Key: Expired

Post by bmrtx78 »

Good afternoon. I renew my license in January, and have one that should be good through January 2026. I was using FileBot with no issue this morning, then after coming back from a break my system had restarted. I opened FileBot to use one more time, but get the error that my license is expired. I tried using my license key that I had downloaded locally and I get the error Bad License Key: Expired. So I triend downloading it again from my email (the correct one from January of this year) and I get the same error. I tried the cut / paste method with the Paddle email, same error. How is it that my license which should expire in January somehow expired today at the beginning of September?

Here's the dates it should be good for:
Issue-Date: 2025-01-03
Valid-Until: 2026-01-10
