Lost Licence

Hi,
I have lost my licence, which I recently ordered. I had it on a crashed Unraid server, and must have deleted the email. Could you assist, please? I used the same email that I used to sign up here.

What is your order number or old / new email address? I'll need to that to find and resend your license key.

I got the same problem after win11 upgrade.
forgot to backup license-key and profiles.
luckily i found the key searching my blackhole for *.psm
can anyone tell me where to look for lost profiles
if there are any?

Your current preferences are stored in a platform-dependent manner
(e.g. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Prefs on Windows; data/settings.properties if portable, ~/Library/Preferences on macOS; ~/.java/.userPrefs on Debian Linux; etc) and a backup of your settings is exported as
preferences.backup.xml into the
application data folder every 30 days.
