up to Episode 15 it has the correct names but episode 15 is The One That Could Have Been: Part 1 and episode 16 is Part 2 and filebot names episode 16 as episode 17 and it just snowballs on from there.

Which database and episode order are you using? (Note that FileBot does not support IMDB and so IMDB series / episode information is never the authoritative source of information. If you're using Plex / Jellyfin / etc then your library settings decide which database is being used.)

What are the file names of the files you're having issues with? Please post sample file paths as text so that we can have a look and run tests.

Friends on TMDB doesn't match your files and none of the alternative episode orders match either as far as I can tell.

However, Friends on TVDB (default Airdate Order) does seem to match your files exactly.

The easy solution is therefore to click on TheTVDB (make sure that you also have default Airdate Order configured) instead of TheMovieDB when matching files. However, if you are using Plex / Jellyfin / etc and have configured TMDB as database, then you must use TMDB to name and number files. If this were to be the case, then you could use Linear Matching to force TMDB order onto your files.
