Unable to Download Subtitles (FileBot App Store)

Hi I bought the application from mac store. I have my movies on an external disk. When try to download the subtitle that was found, click on download and just disappear without the mark that is ready to use.

That seems very strange. I'll look into that. Probably still a few quirks in the App Store distribution. Thanks for reporting!

In the meanwhile you can try using the brew install and see if that works better for you:

Otherwise you might have to wait a few weeks for an updated build in the App Store.

EDIT:
I see the issue. As a workaround you can click the blue button and then select the folder with your video files and that should work.

Rednoah. I really appreciate your answer. It works just like you suggest for folders. Just keep a note for individual files like my initial problem.

I've already submitted a patch, but things always take 7 to 10 days to make it through the App Store review process.
