Hi There,
First post here. I lurked around trying to find the answer, and maybe it was there someplace, but I didn't find it. I have the purchased version of FileBot from the Mac App Store. At some point, it just stopped working. Not sure why... I came here to look for a solution, and one thing I found was clearing the cache by pushing ctrl + shift + delete. I did that, saw the cleared cache message, and restarted the app. Dragged some files, and when I try to match, the circular thing spins for a second on the right, goes away, and no matches are loaded. I browsed around here and saw people mentioning grabbing the newest release from sourceforge so I grabbed the JAR file from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/filebot ... ebot/HEAD/ (12-27-2014 version), and running the JAR file directly on OS X seems to have no issues. It was able to match / rename my files just fine.
So... My question is... Is there something wrong with my FileBot installation that I need to fix? Or will a pending update to the Mac App Store version fix it? Or something else? Thanks!

What is it that's not working? Clearly you can start the application, and then "something" is not working. Screenshots would be very helpful.
If you are trying to match files. What are the file names / paths for these files? What database are you trying to use?
You could try to uninstall and reinstall the FileBot from the App Store and see if that fixes the problem.
