Problem with TV Shows - It names to the wrong show

Aloha Guys,

I am on OSX, latest version all updates. I have v4.6 filebot installed with plex media server. Problem is I have download two TV shows, Dark Matter, and Super Girl. Problem is, Filebot names my supergirl to dark matter or the other way around.

So in plex, it shows up as supergirl , but when i play it it then shows up as dark matter....

I know its filebot doing it, because if i dont have it rename anything, everything in plex shows correctly. This all started on El Capitan (latest osx)

Can anyone help me understand the fix

Please post all the filenames you're processing in one step, or at least a screenshot?
