Newbie Here. Trouble Installing FB to seedbox

I'm new to ssh/command line and am having trouble actually installing filebot on my seedbox so that i can then run the AMC script. I've skimmed the forums and must have overlooked the topic showing me how to do so. If I can be pointed in the right direction, please show me. Thanks. Using Seedhost.eu shared seedbox.

If it's a Debian with root access you can use the Debian packages. If not, "installing java and filebot" boils down to wget and untar/unzip and then just running it.

I'm afraid I don't have a copy-and-paste tutorial for you though. Feel free to share what you come up with here.
