Rename File Attributes

Hi,

I searched the forums for this but couldn't find anything on it, I presume it's referred to as something else and I'm just not searching for the right thing.
When filebot renames my files it's not amending the title attribute in the properties of the file, I presume this is by design but is there any way to force it to rename the Title attribute to the same as the file name?

You are referring to embedded metadata (e.g. in the mkv container) that are part of the file content. FileBot does not touch the file content.

FileBot will store metadata in filesystem xattr, which is not the same as mkv/mp4 metadata. If you want to modify the mkv/mp4 metadata you'll need to have a look at various tagging tools for the various container formats.
