--Action Move should it leave the original file there?

If i use Action Move should it leave the original file in the folder? It seems to just copy the file to my destination instead of move it there.
If it just copies it what is the difference between action move and action copy?

The more I look at it, it seems move will move the file but it always leaves the original if its a .mkv file.
