how to add metadata without match file

i want add {source} and {group} to tv show files but i don't want to match all of them
just i can add this items to present my files
please help me what should i do?

my file is:
Conviction-S01E07-A Simple Man-[1080p]-[2016-11-21]

i want add 3 items: Source and vc and group

and file will rename to:
Conviction-S01E07-A Simple Man-[1080p]-[2016-11-21]-[RMTeam]-[x265]-[WEBRip]

BUT I DON'T WANT MATCH THIS EPISODE BY TVMAZE OR THETVDB OR OTHER!!!
JUST I WANT ADD THIS THREE ITEMS TO FILENAME WITHOUT MATCHING!!!!
