not scanning a file

Just ripped a dvd and for one reason or another fb will not scan it. I thought that there was an issue with the software but it will scan every other movie except this particular one. The movie in question is lego ninjago the movie. Anyone else experience this?

I could get the file to rename on my linux box but not windows

Do you have logs or screenshots, or the filename of the file that wouldn't work?
