I previously purchased filebot through OS X app store but now switched to Windows 10. Do I just need to repurchase or is there a way to transfer over my purchase?

Yes you will have to repurchase filebot on windows 10, there is no transferring over purchases between OS X and Windows and vice versa.

Unfortunately, there's no way to transfer Mac App Store purchases to the Windows Store. Kinda like with the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on mobile.
