please give me formula or parameters calculate 480p or 576p 720p or 1080p

Sorry, you'll have to read the code for this one. {vf} will give you one of the know 1080p/720p/etc tags that fits your actual files resolution best. {hpi} in contrast will literally give you video height plus progressive / interlaced flag.
