Filebot Windows Store

So I purchased the app without reading the system requirements on the Windows store and can't install because I'm running Win7. All I get is the spinning circle when I click Install on my Devices.
How can I either download and install or get a refund?

Windows Store sales are entirely handled by Microsoft. You can ask Microsoft Support for help.

Ok, I'll try. There is no button to cancel/refund and it's just a bunch of links that don't really help

Yeah, sorry they don't seem to make it easy. It's also different in differ regions.

Unfortunately, Microsoft gives no control to developers in this regard so I can't help you there.

There should be a support contact form or email address that you can use to talk to Microsoft and request a refund.
