Migrate Mac App Store purchase to Microsoft Store

I purchased Filebot via the Apple App Store but recently my Macbook Pro has died and I'd like to use Filebot on my Windows 10 PC, is it possible to have my license transferred to the Windows version or do I need to purchase a new license via the Microsoft Store app?
