use it last night and it kept coming up with error

I was using filebot a few days back and all was fine. I come it use it last night and it kept coming up with error, I removed filebot completely then reinstalled but the exact same error with the settings I had setup are still there. How do I delete everything and start from scratch, obviously when It uninstall it doesnt clear everything. Thanks
