Wrong Email on Licence (Order: PX4162640)
Hey Team, There is the wrong name & email address on a license I purchased a while ago. The name is the person on the credit card (this can stay, but would prefer it to be in my name). The email is an old school email of mine that I no longer have access to :( Is there a way for me to change this ...

Filebot fails to execute when run from python script
Just started a fresh install of Ubuntu, the script (py) itself works fine since it worked right before the reinstall. So thats not the issue. Here is the scenario: When I run the filebot command through the PY script, it throws no errors, but fails to execute. (I do not know where the filebot logs ...

HI, I SUSPECT THIS MISMATCH OCCURES DUE TO FETCHING TOO FEW (100) ROWS OF EPISODES. IDK. Make sure you keep the logs so we can investigate next time it happens. I edited the post above to include the --log ALL output. I'm using the latest revision. Chances are, the latest revision just work betters. I guess thats a good idea. I am on 4.8.5 tho... I'll just chalk this up to ...

Re: Force "Anne with an E" via --filter
:!: Please just post the specific file path you have trouble with, so I can give you a specific solution. Discussing --filter in a context where it's not necessary, won't be instructive to you or other users who may stumble upon this thread. Thanks as always for your assistant RedNoah. Also let me ...

Force "Anne with an E" via --filter
I have a show with the file name "anne.s01e01" (just for example) which get mismatched. I want to force it to be matched with the show "Anne with an E". How do i accomplish this. Is it --filter (n != 'anne' || n == 'anne with an e')? Where can i find information on the syntax? I thought the || means ...

Re: Fails to Recognize Movies with {plex} qualifier in CLI
THANKS! That was a great idea, but it kind of worked but still fails... Although our solution fixed the incorrect Auto-detected query keyword :D , for reasons unknown to me it still misclassifies the files as TV Shows :( . it still failed on on the examples I tried: [ RENAMED ] from [/Incomplete ...

Re: Fails to Recognize Movies with {plex} qualifier in CLI
The probelm with that is I was relying on Filebot to detect if it was a movie or tv (for sorting).
As you can see from the test, if I could only tell FILEBOT to look at the filename and skip the subfolder... it would work with no problem.

Re: Fails to Recognize Movies with {plex} qualifier in CLI
Thanks for your advice on how to debug this. I seem to have found the issue... for some reason it used the temp folder I use to download the files as the "auto-query". I have a script that adds the files i want to a temp folder named 'tempDownloadingFolder_' + now.strftime('%Y-%m-%d_%H-%M-%S ...

Fails to Recognize Movies with {plex} qualifier in CLI
TL;DR: Filebot has been often failing (using CLI) to recognize a Movie and renames it as a seemingly random TV Show... When called through GUI, using the "Movie Method" specifically, matches are succesful. I suspect the errors are to do with the {plex} qualifier. But i dont know... Here are a couple ...

License not working when script called by crontab
I have a python script that downloads some files from the internet. /media/full/path/myscript.py In that script, if the condition are met the filebot command line is executed through a system call and renames the files. This script works with no issue when I call it through the terminal. But for ...

I don't know if this is the right place to post this.... Yes we know. :x But I found a solution that needs can be corrected by ...
