Hello,
I had a system die and had to move the drive over to a new system. I was hoping this might preserve my FileBot settings, which was one of the main reasons for doing it (I've been using this thing a long time), but, it did not. When I launch it it tells me I need to remove the old install, but since it doesn't realize that this actually *is* my old install, I can't really do anything with it.
I'm guessing it uses some kind of hardware hash to tie the license to, and mine would be different with the new rig. How can I get it going?

Store Edition, yes. This is not a new install, the drive has just been moved to a new computer.
I finally figured out how to get into My Devices (I didn't realize there was a link on the message either, my bad). Once I cleared the old machine from the list, even though the new one is identical, it let me launch it. I'm good now, thanks.

Yeah. The Microsoft Store has it's own licensing system. I don't know the details but in general I would not be surprised if a reinstall from the Microsoft Store is necessary in this kind of situation.
