Are you selecting files and dragging-n-dropping them into FileBot? Are you using the
Load button and then selecting a network share root via the File Dialog? Have you tried selecting specific files / specific folders other than the share root?

Not really. FileBot uses UNC file paths just like any other file path. Windows itself takes care of listing files / performing file operations / etc.
That said, if UNC network file paths are not working for you for one reason or another, then you can always try a mapped network drive instead.
