Doctor Who Unearthly Child: Part 2 the Cave of Skulls

I'm new to filebot and have been sticking my toes in the GUI side of things before moving to the cmd side. Trying to rename a series/episodes but it's mismatched the episodes and created duplicates. For multi-part episodes that include a subtitle, it decides the substitle is its own episode and the multipart episode is just under the overall title. For example Doctor Who Unearthly Child: Part 2 the Cave of Skulls is being brought up as just the Unearthly child and the following multipart episode is being labeled the Cave of Skulls. I can go through and rename them to be easier to identify by Filebot but in the end the episodes won't be labeled as they should be for viewing and the whole reason I purchased this thing was to prevent me from having to do it all manually. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you have inadvertently renamed files, then you revert files via the internal History to their original file names.
