Yes. Please PM me your Name + Gmail address. Gmail because Gmail users are less likely to loose their emails.

I just ordered a 1 year license and no matter how I try to license it, paste, pick from file explorer, double click on the .pdm file or call it from command line, it fails.

Mostly tells me License Error : Null, but have seen a few other messages.

Let me know who to PM and I will send over proof of purchase info.

Please PM me your license information. If you get an error, then you click on the error to copy the error message to the clipboard. Please paste all the errors you see as well.

Actually I had one more email trapped in my spam and it was the one that contained the actual attachment. I had tried to copy and paste from the email that just had the key printed on it and tried saving that to a text file. Once I saved the attachment after releasing it then it activated just fine. Very strange. Oh well, it's activated now. Thanks for following up with me.

I see. Most likely a copy & paste issue. Extra spaces or newlines or some other extra characters sneaking in and breaking the digital signature. If you compare the plain text in the *.psm file with the one in your homemade license key file, then you can find out what was different. Just in case you're curious about the source of the original issue.

DO NOT use the Microsoft Store unless you are aware of it's limitations and accept them:

The $6 one-year license is generally recommend for anyone and covers most use cases and expectations.

I finally got a response from Paddle and it was followed with a refund notice from Paypal for some reason. I did however receive a license file from filebot.net prior to the refund notice from Paypal. Is my license still going to be good?

IDK. If your order has been refunded, then your purchase is no longer valid, and so your license will become invalid as well.

If you purchase a new license, please make sure to enter your correct email address right away this time around.

A single per-user license is valid on all platforms and can be used on multiple machines. How many computers do you have?

yeah i did all of the above...contacted paddle i stiil havent gotten any activation email...if i would of known it took this long and was this complicated to get activated i wouldnt of bothered...guess ill be making a fun youtube video documenting all the fun im having
