I lost my licensed installation while switching to a new server. Please help. Should be registered under [email protected]

i too have lost my license file. had to reinstall windows as something became corrupt.
i've already tried to contact pebble. but there is no way to directly contact them..
only chat with their AI... then wait.. its been 4 days and no response..
