When I use to download subtitles with FileBot
its add spam message for 6 seconds in subtitles "Organize your media and download subtitles
Check out http://www.filebot.net today"
Do I have option to disable automating insert this message?
I don't know what purpose adding this message if I already have FileBot

That's OpenSubtitles ads and FileBot just happens to support OpenSubtitles by buying ads.
It doesn't make sense to serve FileBot ads to existing FileBot users. Thanks for reporting! Though once this is fixed you'll simply be served other ads.
To disable OpenSubtitles ads completely you need to upgrade to an OpenSubtitles VIP user account:

I do not care if they for example display ads banner
but inserting on each subtitle spam message, they will only receive opposite effect
wanted batch downloading subtitles, now I simple will download with XBMC when I start playing
I think they don't have control on who served what ad
