Rename without new folders

I can't figure out how to rename a bunch of episode without it creating a new folder for each episode. All files for a season are in 1 folder and I want to rename them and leave the folder structure as is, but a new subfolder is created for each episode. Please help!

What custom format are you using now? Just use a custom format that only changes the file name part of the file path.

e.g.
