You can disable Windows integration. Maybe that'll work better for you if the Windows Move / Copy dialog is giving you trouble for one reason or another:

If you mean to rename generic files that cannot be matched to movies / episodes on TheMovieDB / TheTVDB then you can use [Plain File Mode] Batch Rename any type of file.

You can always use manual matching if automatic matching does not work for one reason or another. Please read FAQ #2: How do I fix misidentified files? for details.
