I have a Synology NAs I use for plex. I have the series of Eureka and have enjoyed it very much. When I first put them on the NAS, I just named them Eureka disk 1.mkv etc, and threw them on the nas in 1 folder and they worked great.
I Recently noticed a few files were missing in season 3 so I re ripped season 3 disk 2 and put them on the nas. I than used the unregistered version of filebot to rename them per Plexs' format and it worked flawlessly. However, everything is correct except season 3. So, I re ripped them. However, now that I registered Filebot it won't work the same way. It comes up with a list of shows, none of which are Eureka and say it can't match 4 of them. Does registering it change something I'm not seeing or am I missing something.
I'm Following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SECkLBW9lBM
TIA

That's how I did it before registering it. Since than I know get the image below which does not have the series listed. Couldn't find a way to post the screenshot so here's a link to the image.

That said, we humbly request sample file paths as text rather than screenshots. We prefer text because copy & paste works a bit better with text.
