I got a PGP key via my hotmail address, but every time I go to enter it, it says PGP SIGNED MESSAGE not found. I don't see an attachment file either.

If you have purchased via the Microsoft Store, then you can contact Microsoft Support, or just try to login, since the Microsoft Store will remember your purchase in your Microsoft Account.salopian wrote: I am trying to install Filebot on my laptop as my desktop has died. If you have purchased via Paddle, then you need to contact Paddle so they can help you look up your order number via your payment details.

How about including directions with the license file email? Wouldn't that be easier?

The license email includes a link to the instructions here, just in case. It should be rather self-explanatory though, so most users won't require trouble shooting advice. Plus, you'll want to be able to Google it.

Hi I purchased a licence a couple of years ago through the windows store. Yesterday I had to restore an old backup of my PC to a few months ago (but from after I purchased/installed filebot) and now when I try to run it get a message saying "Filebot is not currently available in your account".
I'm not sure if this is to do with my system restore or for some other reason. How can I get it working again? I downloaded the latest version from your website and it is saying I need to get a licence.

If you have purchased FileBot via the Microsoft Store, then you will need to install FileBot via the Microsoft Store. Your Microsoft Account remembers your purchase, so you neither have, nor need, a license file.
The standalone installer requires a standalone license purchased via Paddle. Microsoft Store / Mac App Store / Paddle purchases are distinct and not to be confused with each other.
